Mae Francis

With more than 25 years in the field of Training & Development, Mae believes that her purpose on Earth is to enhance the lives of others.

Mae is the president of Lookin’ Up Consulting, a training and development company that builds interactive programs, speeches, and mentorships that blend knowledge and inspiration to enhance the total person.

Lookin’ Up also has a non-profit component that supports the social and emotional areas of community and has programs such as SELFIE, Securely Embracing Life for It’s Expected end, Accelerate, The Profile of a Bully and the latest, Love ME (My Everything).

Mae is the mother of one, Whitnie, married to Merlin and the Big Sister of Molina.
